Also required is at least two years of years of nursing experience (employment history must include at least one year of experience in one of the following settings: long-term care, extended care unit, swing bed unit, hospice, geriatric unit, or other long-term care setting). Teaching experience (including approved Train the Trainer Certificate and approved Evaluator Certificate) is preferred.
