This assignment asks you to think of other ways that we use the hermeneutical circle in our daily lives. You may choose an educationally-related object or activity or a leisure object/activity. What we are looking for is the back and forth movement--the dialectic, as Gadamer would say-- which allows us to understand both the parts and the whole of the object or activity.
After reading everyone else's posting, respond to someone else's experience or the group's experience as a whole. You must make at least two postings.
I also encourage you to talk about any problems you might be having with the technical end of the course, or any pleasant surprises you have encountered.
