Secretarial (non-shorthand) Certificate (B81)

The non-shorthand Secretarial Certificate is designed for those students who prefer not to include shorthand in their secretarial program.

Work and Employment

Office employees perform a variety of administrative and record management duties that vary depending on the way office work is handled within the organization. They usually schedule appointments, give information to callers, organize and maintain files, fill out forms, and type letters and reports. Most of the work today is performed with computers.
