Mrs. Kathleen Jacobs
graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. degree in Kinesiology. She completed
a teacher certification program at Indiana Wesleyan University in secondary mathematics education and holds a State of Indiana teaching
license.
Mrs. Jacobs worked for several years in Biomechanics laboratories at the University of Michigan and taught
laboratory classes in Biomechanics there as well. Later she tutored students in mathematics in Chennai, India
and student taught algebra and geometry at Westfield High School, in Westfield, Indiana and seventh grade honors math
at Hamilton Junior High School in Fishers, Indiana.
Her husband works in Dixon, and their sons attend Dixon Public Schools.
