Develop skills and abilities necessary for enrollment into Sauk Valley Community College Courses.

Services provide accelerated learning opportunities for individuals who did not score high enough on standardized tests to enter into college-level courses at Sauk Valley Community College (Math: ACT 16 – 20 or COMPASS Alg. 16 – 41; Reading English/Writing ACT 15 – 19 or COMPASS 40 – 78).

• Summer Academic Bridge Program
  • 8 week hybrid learning program: two days a week classroom instruction with required supplemental technology practice.
    • Morning Language Arts class with at least 8 hours per week of technology practice.
    • Afternoon Math class with at least 8 hours per week of technology practice.
    • End of class test to try to obtain COMPASS scores of Math: 42+, Reading/English/Writing 79+
