The Sauk Valley Volleyball team participated inthe Kankakee CC Invite this weekend. On Saturday, they defeated the host Kankakee in a 5 set match19-25,12-25, 25-16, 25-20, 15-10; and lost to Jackson (MI) 25-21, 19-25, 18-25,26-28; and Rock Valley 19-25, 14-25, 23-25.
Kalli Scheppers was named tothe all-tournament team.
Sauk moves to 13-6 on the season, and returns toArrowhead Conference play Tuesday at Black Hawk, and Wednesday at home againstKishwaukee
