Purpose:
Addus Healthcare provides in-home, non-medical services for the elderly and disabled. They have a contract with the Illinois Department on Aging and Illinois Department of Human Services-Office of Rehabilitation. They provide private pay-assisted care services, as well as light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, transportation to doctor, appointments, and personal care.
