Purpose:

Advocate abused or neglected children in juvenile court. The mission of the National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association, with its state and local members, is to support and promote court-appointed volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children so that they can thrive in safe, permanent homes. We work with state and local CASA and volunteer guardian and programs to promote and support quality volunteer advocacy to help assure each child a safe, permanent, nurturing home.
