Purpose:
To provide education on the major diseases that are affecting people in the Sauk Valley Area as well as to provide health services such as vision, dental care, and mammograms for the under-served.
Remarks:
Over 200,000 adults and children have been educated or provided health services since 1987 and $2.5 million has been re-invested in area communities. These efforts are supported through an annual fundraising campaign. All donated dollars stay local. Other services include cholesterol, blood pressure, and glucose screenings.
Hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
