The Illinois Department of Human Services provides services to assist a parent having difficulty collecting child support payments. Help is available to individuals who receive public aid and to those who do not. Representatives are available to help answer questions and provide referrals and information regarding child support.

Serves all of Illinois. Representatives are available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Monday to Friday. Services: refer to closest child support office, applications for child support, help locate an absent parent, help establish paternity, establish and collect and update child support orders,begin income withholding, unemployment benefits, obtain medical support, check the billing and status of your account.
