Purpose:
Outpatient services to assess, prevent, educate, provide treatment and support to adolescents and adults struggling with substance abuse/addiction issues. Also to assist, educate and empower families of the client.
Remarks:
Hours: 8:30AM-7:00PM Monday - Thursday, 8:30AM-5:00PM Friday, Evenings by Appointment.
Services: Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment for adolescents and adults. This includes the following: Education and Treatment Groups, Family Groups, and Individual and Family Therapy, DUI Evaluations, Alcohol and Drug Assessments, Driver Risk Education, Drug Testing, Continuing Care.
Eligibility: Serving ages 11 to 18 (Adolescent),
Serving ages 18-21 (Young Adult),
Serving ages 21 and above (Adult),
Services provided on a sliding fee scale.
LSSI accepts Insurance and Medicaid.

Information: Recreational Therapy is provided as well, in order to educate adolescents regarding healthy and positive physical activities in their communities.
LSSI is a United Way agency.
