Purpose:
The Birth to Three program is an early intervention program for children under three years of age who show evidence of a developmental disability, a developmental delay, or a high probability of a developmental delay living in Whiteside County and surrounding counties.
Remarks:
Areas: Whiteside and Surrounding Counties.
Hours: 8:00AM-4:00PM Monday - Friday, year round.
Services: Individualized Program to meet child's need, Weekly developmental therapy session, Peer playgroup sessions, Parent education, Small Group Speech Sessions, Referral to appropriate preschool placement by age three, Quarterly Newsletter.
Eligibility: Children from birth to three years old exhibiting developmental delays. Children must show a delay in one of the following areas: Gross Motor, Fine Motor, Speech & Language, and Self-Help Skills.
Location: Services may be center-based, home-based or the setting which is most conducive to the natural learning environment.
Information: Experienced Staff/state credentials in Early Intervention.
