Open Monday through Friday, the clinic is staffed by experienced Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and Licensed Clinical Behavioral Therapists. The clinic takes a holistic, patient-centered medical home approach to care. Primary preventative as well as chronic care is available for all ages. Referral and care coordination with Specialists is offered as needed. Some reduced cost services are available with discounted fees based on income eligibility.
