Weight Room

The new 1,318-square-foot Weight Room features more than 5,000 pounds of free-weights, including multiple sets of dumbbells ranging from 5 to 90 pounds.  The new facility also offers more than two dozen pieces of the latest equipment from Cybex, which includes plate-loaded and selectorized (pre-set) machines, as well as traditional benches, racks and accessories.
