Windows XP Course Set for Jan. 27

Sauk Valley Community College will offer the one-day workshop Windows XP from 12:30-5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, in Room 3K2.

Participants will learn Windows commands, shortcuts and basics of managing Windows along with customizing and management of several Windows’ components. Also covered will be multiple programs and how to save and retrieve information in an organized manner.

Cost is $65. Students may register in the Office of Admissions, Room 1J1, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays or between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. For more information call Sauk’s Office of Personal and Professional Development at 815-288-5511, ext. 212.
