Evening Food Service Sanitation Course to be Offered Oct. 12-Nov. 16

Sauk Valley Community College will offer the course “Food Service Sanitation – FOD 105” from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12 through November 16, in Room 2L5

Students will gain the knowledge and responsibility for food sanitation operations. Upon successfully completing a certificate exam, students will qualify for certification from the State of Illinois Food Service Sanitation Managers Program.

Cost for the class is $109. To register, stop by Sauk’s Office of Admissions and Records, Room 1J1, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, or between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays.
