Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident
A current high school senior who plans to enroll full time at an accredited two-year or four-year college in the United States by fall 2013
Demonstrate ambition and self-drive as evidenced by outstanding achievement in an activity in school, the community or the workplace and
Be recommended by an unrelated adult who can attest to the student's achievement
