Requirements

Must be a registered voter in Whiteside County
Must be a Sauk Valley Community College student
May be a male or female or any race, color, religion, or financial status
Student must participate and actively work in activities related to the election of Democratic candidates and Democratic Party functions

Fourth Friday in May
