10 $7500 awards - Requirements
minimum 3.5 GPA
completed a minimum of 50 semester credits at the time of transfer to a senior institution
enrolled at a community college through December 2012
enroll full-time at a senior institution for the Fall 2013 semester
student's record must be free from suspension, probation or other disciplinary action
student's record must be free from any criminal conduct
member of Phi Theta Kappa- Deadline
