Must be full-time
In a program leading to a degree in a language of study
Must show evidence of academic accomplishment
Nominating letter from the chair, head, or dean profiling the individual's relevant accomplishments to date as well as potential or expected achievements
2 additional letters of recommendation from departmental faculty
Brief statement regarding goals and purpose with respect to the selected course of study
Resume or C.V. highlighting education, experience, awards, community service, and references
