Requirements

Be a US Citizen
Dependent of member of US Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Merchant Marine or US Naval Sea Cadet Corps
senior in High School who will graduate by the end of the 2011-2012 school year
atleast a 3.0 GPA
enter into accredited college/university
