Not sure what your student user name is? It is usually your firstname.middleinitial.lastname (john.m.smith); if that doesn't work, try just using your first and last name (john.smith).
Email Address: for ex. - john.m.smith@students.svcc.edu
Your email address is your student username + "@students.svcc.edu"
