B.S., Indiana State University; M.S., Emerson College. Ms. Hill came to Sauk Valley community College in 1986. She teaches classes in English composition, Speech Communication, Mass Media and Public Speaking. Ms. Hill has presented programs for the Illinois Speech and Theater Association. She has compiled a handbook for SVCC communications majors. Ms. Hill was recently a negotiator for the SVCC Faculty Association. Her interests include areas of critical thinking, diversity and women's issues. In 1996 Ms. Hill received the SVCC Outstanding Alumna of the Year Award and the SVCC Distinguished Service Award.
