The Board of Trustees complies with the Illinois Open Meetings Act as amended.

All meetings required to be public are held at specified times and in places that are convenient to the public. No meeting required to be public is held on a legal holiday unless the regular meeting day falls on that holiday.

Public notice of all meetings is given in compliance with 5 ILCS 120/2.02
