Any one of the following is considered adequate cause for suspension and possible termination of administrators and faculty:

1. Inadequate performance of duties;
2. Willful and continuous neglect of duties;
3. Unprofessional conduct;
4. Violation of college policies;
5. Moral turpitude;
6. Unjustifiable insubordination; and/or
7. Physical or mental incapacity.
