     The Skyhawks led most of the game against Illinois Valley, but in the end the Skyhawks could not overcome their poor shooting from the field in a disappointing loss to the Eagles on the road.  The Skyhawks shot 30% from the field and 61% from the free throw line in their first game back from the holiday break.  Leading the way for the Skyhawks were Riek Riek with 20 points and Atem Agot with 17 pts.; while Devon House led the Skyhawks in rebounding with 11 and LA Fayne had 8 assists.  The Skyhawks next two games are at home against conference rivals Black Hawk (Tuesday) and Kishwaukee (Thursday), January 10th and 12th.
