The Skyhawks are back on track getting two wins in two nights. With out three of their power players ( Jordan and Kiarra at Volleyball nationals and Morgan mending from her knee injury) on Tuesday the Skyhawks went small and played a run and jump trapping defense to force tempo and defeated Madison College on the road 83-48.  Aleena Hammelman "played center" for the Skyhawks and finished with 15pts. and 13 rebounds!  Playing the very next night the Skyhawks took on Daley at home.  After a sluggish start the Skyhawks again turned up the defensive pressure in the second half for a 77-56 victory.  This time Aleena Hammelman "just" had a triple double 19pts, 13 rebs, and 10 steals!  The Skyhawks (4-2) will take on Region IV rival Malcolm X at home on Saturday with a 1:00 tip.  Go Skyhawks!
