In a key Arrowhead Conference match-up at Sauk Valley, Kishwaukee came away with a hard fought 5 set win, by scores of 25-21, 20-25, 20-25, 28-26, and 11-15. The win keeps Kishwaukee unbeaten in conference at 5-0, and drops the Skyhawks to 3-2 (13-7 overall).

Sauk was led by Randi Wilken with 8 kills and 6 kill blocks; Kalli Scheppers with 18 kills and 10 digs; Jessica Bonnell with 11 kills and 2 kill blocks, Kayla Kurz with 4 kills and 4 kill blocks, Karly Koch with 32 assists and 9 digs, and Ali Massey with 10 assists and 9 digs.

The Skyhawks will be at home on Tuesday, September 25 to take on Highland.
