Sauk Valley traveled to Malta for a conference match with Kishwaukee College, and came away with a tough 5 set loss by scores of 15-25, 25-21, 20-25, 29-27 & 15-9. The loss drops Sauk Valley to 1-3 in the conference and 9-10 overall. Kishwaukee moves to 3-0.

The Skyhawks were led by Kalli Scheppers with 17 kills, Alyssa Workman and Kristyn Kasner with 13 kills each, Kayla Kurz with 10 kills, Morgan Mammosser with 16 digs, Carissa Gruhn with 3 aces and 2 kill blocks, Karly Koch with 49 assists and 10 digs, and Brianna Correa with 9 digs.

Sauk Valley travels to Highland Wednesday, September 18.  Go Skyhawks!!
