Sauk was at College of Lake County for the Region 4 tournament this weekend. On Saturday, Sauk won a quarterfinal match against Morton 3-0 by scores of 25-14, 25-12 & 25-12.On Sunday the Skyhawks beat Oakton in the semi finals 3-1 by scores of 25-14, 25-23, 23-25 & 25-19. In the finals, Sauk lost to Carl Sandburg 3-0 by scores of 15-25, 17-25 & 17-25. With their runner-up finish the Skyhawks end their season at 20-20, snap their 4 year run of advancing to the national tournament. Macie Good was named to the Region 4 All-Tournament team.
