Ancient Yoga Stretching
The word Yoga means “union”. In this practice you will con-
nect the mind and body through focus and breath. Combining
stretching with deep breathing, the body learns to relax and
all systems come into better balance supporting the body’s
natural tendency towards healing and health. You will also
learn how to stimulate pressure points to help the body
function better. At the end of every class you are invited to
partake in a self-hot rock massage.

Meditation & Breathing Therapy
The goal of meditation is to face yourself and to look within.
Meditation is not about achieving anything, including enlight-
enment. One meditates to discipline the mind, to cultivate
awareness, and to see things as they are. Learn how you
can become conscious of your unhealthy breathing patterns
and integrate deep, natural, healthy breathing into your life.
Through natural breathing and meditation you can: reduce
stress, improve your health, increase your energy; and sup-
port your quest for self-knowledge and self-transformation.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an exercise of gentle postures, slowly flowing
from one to the next, coordinated with breath. Tai Chi both
conditions the body and focuses the mind. While cultivating
body awareness you will improve balance, boosting circula-
tion, increasing mobility and flexibility, reducing stress and
sharpening concentration. Because of the slow, gentle nature
of this ancient art, it is suitable for all ages and ability levels.
After class you will be invited to partake in a self-hot rock
massage.
