Decorating Basics
(
Course I)
This is the perfect place to begin. Learn the right way to
decorate cakes step by step. You will understand how to
bake a great cake, make and color icing and ice a cake.
Learn to create drop flowers, rosettes, shells, pompom
flowers, leaves, shaggy mums, how to fill and frost
cupcakes, and the Wilton ribbon rose. Supply list will be
furnished at time of enrollment. There is a supply kit that
may be purchased from the instructor for $30.

Flowers and Cake Design
(
Course II)
You will explore sophisticated ways to bring your cakes
and desserts to life. You will learn to create icing flowers
such as pansies, lilies, violets, daffodils, and the Wilton
rose. Learn how to arrange them on a cake top and frame
them with an impressive border treatment or basket wave
design. With the skills you have learned here and your
ability to create flowers in advance using gum paste,
fondant, and royal icing, you can create beautiful blooms
at your convenience. Supply list will be furnished at time
of enrollment. There will be a course kit that can be pur-
chased from the instructor for $30.

Gum Paste and Fondant
(
Course III)
You will learn to create amazing hand shaped flowers,
beautiful borders, and bold accents using easy to shape
icing. As you learn each technique-an artful bow, mum,
rose, carnation, calla lily, rosebud, daisy, and embellished
borders- you will be closer to your crowning achievement.
Supply list will be furnished at time of enrollment. There
will be a kit that you may purchase from the instructor for
$30.

Advanced Gum Paste Flowers
(
Course IV)
In this new cake decorating course you will be working
with gum paste, floral wire, and floral tape to create an
amazing array of wonderful flowers. You will learn to make
Gerbera Daisies, Sweet Peas, Briar Roses, Stargazer Lil-
ies, Stephanatis, Ivy, and Lily leaves. You will learn how
to arrange the flowers into stunning bouquets and sprays
on your cakes. Supply list will be furnished at time of
enrollment. Additional supplies will be purchased from the
instructor for approximately $30.
