Tunisian crochet is considered by many to be a hybrid
between crochet and knitting. It uses a little bit of both to
create distinctive fabrics. If you’ve thought about learning
Tunisian crochet but thought it was perhaps too hard or in-
timidating this class is for you! In this class you will learn the
basics of this two pass system including the foundation row,
the Tunisian simple stitch, Tunisian knit stitch, Tunisian purl
stitch, and the Tunisian blind off. Prerequisite: basic knowl-
edge of crochet is helpful. Materials needed: Tunisian crochet
hook size H (5mm) (or size required to obtain gauge), skein
of practice yarn (DK weight), 78 yards of premium yarn in DK
Weight (my pattern calls for silk), tapestry needle.

Learn to crochet with a loop. In one day you will learn the
unique Hairpin Lace by making a beautiful bookmark. Once
this stitch is mastered you can go on to make afghans, cloth-

Crochet on the Double
This wonderful stitch is used to make reversible items (each
side being different). In one day you will learn the crochet on
the double and the reverse single crochet, and at the end of
the day you will have a dish cloth to take home. Supply list
