Boot Camp Workout
Enlist in this workout to become the best you possibly can be. Boot Camp increases strength and flexibility, builds
endurance and balance, trains upper and lower body and much more. Timed stations in a circuit type workout, targeting
all aspect of fitness. This workout is for all fitness levels. Everything and anything can be modified to help you reach your
goals in the workout. Classes are always changing so every class is different. This helps keep your muscles guessing and
get those results you want quicker.

Home Horticulture
This course is for anyone interested in knowing more about the plants that surround
us in our everyday world. From houseplants to gardening, we’ll explore the various
aspects affecting plant growth and development and learn together how to get the
best results from our favorite plants. We’ll gain a basic, no-nonsense knowledge of
plants as we do some hands-on experiments. Students will even go to a greenhouse
for some one-on-one time in a growing environment during the harsh winter
months in northern Illinois.
