Truck Driver Training

No experience necessary! If you’re looking for a career with good pay, benefits, and job security, think about an exciting career in truck driving. This four-week training program at SVCC combines classroom presentation and hands-on experience that leads to a Class A Commercial Driver’s License with all endorsements.

Work & Employment

The trucking industry serves every community in North America. As a result employment opportunities are in-demand for local, regional and over-the-road drivers. Men and women can go to work immediately after completing the program and earning their CDL.

To obtain employment as a commercial driver, you must be at least 18 years of age (there is no top age restriction), possess a safe driving record, and be able to pass regular drug screenings and a Department of Transportation physical exam.

Cost of the program is $4,270 and includes books.
