Purpose:

We are a not-for-profit State-licensed Child Welfare Agency. Our objective is to offer hope and restore decency of life to people. Our purpose is to advocate those changes that will improve the quality of life to those in need. We provide child welfare services to abused, neglected, and abandoned children. We also offer individual and family counseling. There are ombudsman advocates for the elderly in nursing homes. Provides support to their families.

Hours: 8:30AM-12:00PM; 1:00PM-5:00PM Monday - Friday. Services: Adoption, Counseling, Ombudsman, Foster Care, Pregnancy Counseling, Extended Family Support, Mental Health Counseling, Parenting Education, School Counseling, Bilingual Outreach, Outreach & Emergency Immigration & Refugee, Physician Referral. Eligibility: Services are provided to persons of all ages, races and religions regardless of martial or economic status. Information: We are a United Way Agency.
