Winning Wheels is a specialty long-term care facility designed to deliver rehabilitative care to younger individuals who are physically disabled and, as a result, must use wheelchairs for mobility. Winning Wheels strives to restore people to their maximum level of physical, social, and mental functioning and eliminate barriers of independent living.
