Purpose:

The mission of the Rock River Christian Center (Assemblies of God) is to connect people with Jesus as we walk through life's journey together. Church services are held Sunday morning at 10:30 am and in the evening at 6:00 pm. Children's ministries are available during the school year on Wednesday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm, with bus services available to Rock Falls residents. Youth services are held on Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. RRCC offers a food pantry, baby pantries and a clothes closet with free items. Free outreach dinners are scheduled seasonally, with more information available by calling the office.

Remarks:

There are no income guidelines, so everyone is eligible. Items are available upon donation and are offered free of charge. Clients are eligible for the food pantry once every three months, and for the baby pantry once a month. The food and baby pantries are available on Mondays and Fridays from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. The Clothes Closet, which includes clothes, housewares, and sometimes furniture, is open on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, from the middle of April through the month of October
