- Using the most recent Student Satisfaction Inventory data from the Instructional Effectiveness category, SVCC and the national community college data will be compared. The dashboard will reflect the “gap” between student importance and student satisfaction. If the SVCC gap is smaller than the national average, then this indicates that SVCC instructional services are performing better than average when compared to other community colleges.

- The SSI is planned for odd numbered years and will be administered during the Spring semester. The Dean of Institutional Research and Planning will supply the data.
