Sauk Offers Free FAFSA Filing Assistance
SVCC is offering assistance to those filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Sauk Financial Assistance staff will be on hand through November to help filers in the Sauk Valley area complete this important form.
More than $150 billion in federal grants, loans, and work study funds are only available to those who complete and submit the FAFSA form.
Funds are typically granted on a first come, first served basis, so timely submission of the FAFSA is an important part of planning for your education. The 2019–20 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) form is available to students and parents to complete through the myStudentAid mobile app and the fafsa.gov website.
