Fall 2024 OAS Classes
Open Lab
Individualized methods of instruction are used. Attendance may be at any time the lab is open. During the fall semester, lab hours are Tuesdays 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Students may enroll for courses at any time during the semester or within one week after registering for the course - at this time the instructor will approve the student's individualized program.
Attendance
Students should set aside two hours per week for each credit hour enrolled. Veterans and financial aid recipients must be in attendance a minimum of two hours per week per credit hour enrolled.
Registration
Each class is divided into separate course numbers and by levels which make up the full course. Students interested in the one-credit courses should contact an OAS faculty instructor or advisor prior to registering. Students may complete more than one course. Contact personnel at Room 3M6, extension 202 for further information.
Please note that all courses are subject to change format at the discretion of the College. To protect the safety and well being of students, face to face classes may change to online or hybrid at any time. Students will be notified of the change via their SVCC email.
