This is a hybrid course meeting at designated times Thursday Oct. 3, Oct. 31, Nov. 7 in the classroom with the remaining time being spent online. Completion & documentation of the following immunizations should be current & completed before the 1st day of class: TB Quantiferon, 2 MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Hep B or signed declination form, and documentation of influenza vaccination.
