Sauk Summer Launch
Sauk Summer Launch is designed to prepare you for college and kickstart your SVCC journey!
You will build the necessary skills, tools, and resources needed for college success.
Who is eligible to apply?
Recent high school graduates registered for Summer/Fall 2021 classes at SVCC with an intent to complete an associate degree at SVCC.

For Summer 2021, this is a four week class. You will meet online with your instructor and other participants at scheduled times.
Session 1: June 7 - June 30 (Mondays and Wednesdays 12:00 - 12:50 pm)
The lectures will be held online and streamed at the scheduled times. Additional work required online.
New Student Orientation required prior to the first class session.
Session 2: July 6 - July 29 (Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:30 - 4:15 pm)
The lectures will be held online and streamed at the scheduled times. Additional work required online.

Benefits of Completing this Program
- Earn First Year Experience Credit tuition-free (required course for degree seeking students)
- Gain access to a student laptop for class use
- With an intent to complete at least six credits in the fall semester
- Keep the student laptop; You earned it!
- Receive at least $500 of grant money toward fall educational costs (staff will assist you with the required application)
