Skyhawk Student Tech Help

Skyhawk Student Tech Help is located in the 2F1 open computer lab. The lab is open during Fall and Spring from 8am-8pm Monday-Thursday and during Summer the lab is open from 8am-6:30pm Monday-Thursday. Just ask a lab assistant for help with:

  • accessing your Sauk accounts such as SOAR, Moodle or Email
  • forwarding your SVCC student email to a personal email account
  • syncing SVCC student email on your phone or tablet
  • connecting your devices to SVCC's wireless network
  • signing up for SVCC's text alerts
  • troubleshooting basic spyware or virus problems
  • uploading assignments, posting to forums, or other Moodle activities
  • using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or other Sauk tools
  • your "How do I ... ?" question
