The Regency Retirement Residence of Clinton is an independent living community designed for people 55+. Sponsored by “The Alverno”, the Regency is a not-for-profit with resident participation on the Board. We feature “ranch style” living in an intimate setting of just twenty eight residences with both attached and detached garages available for your convenience. Our thirteen plans range in size from a modest 576 square feet one bedroom, one bath located on the courtyard to a 1,490 square foot two bedroom two bath complete with a laundry area, walk in closets and a breakfast bar in the kitchen. Whether you choose a location facing our private courtyard or a view toward the prairie you will enjoy the peace and quiet of your new home at the Regency.
