BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that nominating petitions for membership on the Board of Trustees of Sauk Valley Community College, District #506, Lee, Ogle, Henry, Bureau, Whiteside and Carroll Counties for the consolidated election to be held on April 6, 2027 may be picked up at the College during regular office hours (Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. AND Friday from 8 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.) from the Secretary to the Board of Trustees, Myndi Fletcher, on and after August 25, 2026. Packets may also be distributed virtually by emailing Myndi Fletcher at myndi.fletcher@svcc.edu
Three candidates are to be elected for full six-year terms.
These petitions may be filed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Friday, with Myndi Fletcher, on the third floor of the college (Room 3L8). The dates and times for filing these petitions are as follows:

Persons elected on April 6, 2027, will be seated at the new Board’s organizational
meeting in April of 2027.
