Sauk Makes it Possible — You Make it Happen
A Chocolate Rendezvous

Sauk's Chocolate Rendezvous

You are cordially invited

to Sauk’s Chocolate Rendezvous on Saturday, February 17 from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm in the Dillon Mall on Sauk Valley Community College’s campus.

The evening will include chocolates, spirits, heavy hors d’oeuveres, and live music. The event will provide over 40 delectable chocolates from local vendors including chocolate cream pies, chocolate dipped fruits, gourmet milk shakes, cakes, cupcakes, and dark chocolate. Your ticket also includes three premium adult beverages including chocolate and wine pairing stations. Smoked on 3rd will provide heavy hors d’oeuveres including farm to table beef, wild caught shrimp, and an assortment of cheeses and vegetables.

Live entertainment includes dueling pianos that will take your requests so you can dance all night long. This “red tie” event includes free valet parking by Sauk’s Criminal Justice students. Funds raised by ticket sales will support Sauk’s Agriculture students and program.

Through an intensive collaboration with local agriculture workforce professionals, and investigations into the potential impact to our area, Sauk has built an Ag program to meet diverse workforce needs throughout the Sauk Valley community. Why wouldn’t you come to support your local students, your regional economy, and your Sauk Valley Community College?

Sauk’s Chocolate Rendezvous will not include a program, a silent auction, baskets, or cake runs. Instead, funds are raised solely from ticket sales. This is an elegant opportunity to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your significant other, or enjoy a fun night out with friends and colleagues; and it is all for a good cause-supporting Sauk’s Ag program.

Chocolate will flow, wine will pour, food will fulfill, and music will cascade. Won’t you consider attending Sauk’s Chocolate Rendezvous in support of your local students, regional economy, and Sauk Valley Community College?

Sponsored by Sauk Valley College Foundation, Culvers, Compeer Financial, Legacy Prints, Channel, TettensGrain, Sauk Valley Bank, Farmers National Bank, Selmi's, and Sauk Valley Community College.
