Taylor Swift’s newest album is a fun, easy listen, but lacks real depth. “Midnights” ultimately trades the potential for raw emotion and artistic personality to shine through for mass-marketability.

Fall Harvest is In
The numbers are coming in and the Illinois harvest is faring better than the national average. Currently the projected average corn yield in Northern Illinois is estimated at 204 bushels per acre this fall, up 2 bushels per acre from 2021.

Retraction : Remodeling of Bathrooms
In the October 2022 issue, The Skyhawk View claimed that the SVCC building was built in 1965. In 1965, the citizens of the Sauk Valley area voted to establish SVCC. It wasn't until 1970 that the college building officially opened. The Skyhawk View regrets the error.
