Dixon Public Schools is accepting applications for the position of a
Health Assistant/Nurse at Thomas J. Dempsey Therapeutic Day School

The Thomas J. Dempsey Therapeutic Day School is a K-8 therapeutic day school with an enrollment between 20-30 students for a low nurse to student ratio.

DUTIES INCLUDE
1.       Ability to provide health services to students, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
1.       RN or LPN with current active license.
2.       Interest and ability to work with students, parents, and colleagues.
3.       Ability to perform routine health care duties as directed by the District Health Coordinator.

SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS
1.       Hourly rate will be determined based upon license and experience.
2.       Fifteen (15) sick days per year
3.       Two (2) days personal leave per year
4.       Health insurance
5.       Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF)

Pay Range for LPN: $19.59-$21.90
Pay Range for RN: $20.75-$23.05
