SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $72,000/year
This role provides overall leadership, supervision, and operational management for an assigned location, including personnel, scheduling, logistics, product handling, application services, and customer satisfaction, while developing business plans that maximize profitability. The position oversees hiring, training, regulatory compliance, inventory and product management, facility operations, equipment maintenance, sales, reporting, and payroll coordination, while supporting company goals and maintaining required certifications such as a CDL with hazmat. The role requires strong business knowledge, communication, and customer focus, along with the ability to work extended hours in varying environmental conditions and typically requires an associate’s degree or equivalent experience with at least three years of supervisory responsibility.
